17 year old Ty Ridge Hughes, of Paris was arrested at about 10:08 P.M. on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 and charged with burglary of a residence.
Hughes was found asleep underneath an outside staircase by the tenant of the residence that is located in the 500 block of SE 22nd street. Hughes was found to be in possession of property that belonged inside the residence.
Hughes appeared to be high on some type of narcotics and later admitted to officers that he had recently injected himself with methamphetamine.
Hughes was charged with burglary of a residence and later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
