The suspect in the aggravated robbery that was reported on December 3, 2014 in the 1500 block of Fairfax has been identified and arrested.
38 year old Jeffery Paul Cole was located in the 600 block of Clarksville Street and placed under arrest after a warrant had been issued.
The original report advised that the suspect had assaulted and bound the 83 year old victim before taking a guitar and fleeing the scene.
Investigators were advised that Cole had been seen with the stolen guitar and matched the description that was given by the victim. Cole was later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
