Paris and North Lamar swimmers Participate in Keller Swim Meet

Swimmers from Paris High School and North Lamar High School participated in the Texas 4A and Under Swim Meet held in Keller this past weekend.

The Paris High girls team finished 4th and the boys team finished 7th.  The girls relay team of Shelby Wilson, Reagan Stone, Cheyenne Plummer and Zoie Young finished 2nd in both the 200 Medley Relay and the 200 Free Relay.  The boys relay team of Kaileb Williamson, Gunner Vest, Jeffery White and Keyton Gilbert finished 4th in the 200 Free Relay.

Many PHS individuals swam personal best times.

Kaileb Williamson 5th in 200 Free and 2nd in 100 Free

Cheyenne Plummer 3rd in 200 IM

Shelby Wilson 3rd in 100 Breast and 5th in 50 Free

Arleigh White 6th in 100 Breast and 7th in 50 Free

Keyton Gilbert 4th in 50 Free and 3rd in 100 Fly

Reagan Stone 2nd in 100 Fly

Zoie Young 4th in 500 Free

Andria Gentry 7th in 100 Breast

The North Lamar High School swimmers performed well at the Keller Meet too.         

Olivia Stankus took 1st place in 200 yard Individual Medley and 1^st place in the 100 yard backstroke.

Ty Basden 15^th place in both 50 yard freestyle and 100 yard freestyle

Paul Bayer 13^th place in 100 yard freestyle and 7^th place in 100 yard breaststroke

Claire Thompson 9^th place in 100 yard freestyle and 5^th place in 100 yard breaststroke

Bailey Fowler – 6^th place 100 yard freestyle
