Frances Ray Lee 78, of Detroit, died at 8:05 AM, Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Paris Healthcare Center. A graveside service is set for 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Woodland Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Irvin officiating. No formal visitation hour will be observed. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
Frances was born February 13, 1935 in Woodland to George Britt and Nora Lucille King Reynolds. She graduated from high school and married Franklin Dee Lee in June of 1955. He died November 3, 1985. She was employed at Westinghouse Corporation for 10 years and later worked as a caregiver for more than 15 years. She was a member of the Woodland United Methodist Church.
She is survived by three children, Britt Lee of Bonham, Randall Lee, and Jocille Lee, both of Woodland; three grandchildren, Shawn Lee, Cody Farris, and Brianna Edwards; one great-grandson, Adam Paul Keith Lee; and one sister, Betty Jo Swindle. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, James Mathis Reynolds; and one sister, Charlotte Yokum.
