Benjamin Lee (Ben) Floyd, 30, of Houston passed away at his residence on Saturday December 13, 2014.
Ben was born on November 30, 1984 in Paris a son of Timothy and Rhonda Brooks Floyd. He was employed as Global Technology Lead @ Wood Group Integrity Management. Ben was a member of Calvary Chapel in Paris and studied Computer Science and Engineering Technology LeTourneau University.
He is survived by his parents Tim and Rhonda Floyd; sisters Brooke Nichole Jordan and Anna Grace Floyd; brother-in-law Joshua Jordan; nieces Bayleigh Jordan, Brynne Jordan, Olivia Gunn; nephew Braxton Jordan; grandparents Marion Floyd, Don & Rose Brooks and Edna Brooks.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 19, 2014 in Calvary Chapel in Paris with Pastor Billy Hill and Pastor Damian Velarde officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 P.M. till service time.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Jordan, Drew Little, Jody Carter, Dr. Tom Cutrell, Jacob Bedford, and John Grisby. Honorary pallbearer will be Hani Safi and Joshua Jordan. Services are under the direction of the Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home where online condolences may be sent by visiting www.fry-gibbs.com.
