Mrs. Reverdene Swain, 77, of Paris passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013 in DuBuis.
She was born on March 24, 1936 in Red River County a daughter of Bersy Lee and Lear Tennessee Reid. She worked for Safeway and Burress Store, and was a member of Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include her children Cynthia Kay Nelson and James Michael Swain; 2 grandsons, 3 great grandchildren; a sister Marie Cox and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter Tina Rene Swain.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday in the Restland Cemetery at Cunningham with Rev. Jimmy Millsap officiating. Online condolences may be sent to www.fry-gibbs.com. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.
