Officials at Paris Regional Medical Center announced today that a new addition is coming soon to the hospital campus. Groundbreaking for the Paris Regional Medical Pavilion – a 40,000 square foot medical office building – is slated to occur this summer.
The new facility, which will connect to the main hospital, is designed to expand the range of services and improve accessibility for patients of Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma. PRMC plans to occupy approximately 60 percent of the new facility. Once complete, patients will have unparalleled access to primary care, specialty care, laboratory and other services, all under one roof.
Paris Regional Medical Center CEO Steve Grubbs said, “Over the last two years we have added a number of specialties and additional physicians to the local community. In order for us to be able to continue to expand the access to high quality, compassionate healthcare we needed additional space for physicians and hospital services. This new two-story medical office building will allow us to meet the needs of the medical staff and the community.”
Rendina Healthcare Real Estate will develop the project and will collaborate with PRMC to provide what promises to be the new leading destination for outpatient medical care in the area.

Groundbreaking is expected to take place in mid-summer, with construction lasting approximately 10 months.
