On Sunday, January 25, 2015 the Paris police department sent out an alert asking for the public’s help in locating a CECILIA ANN LANEY JOHNSON FOSTER, W/F, and 5’09, 280 LBS, 48 YRS OF AGE, SHORT GRAY HAIR, and WEARS GLASSES.
She has been found in Oklahoma City on I-40 by units with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. It is unknown how Cecilia Ann Laney Johnson Foster got to where she is and the investigation continues.
She was last seen at 10 AM Sunday morning and was not known to be missing until 2:30 PM Sunday afternoon. Cecilia suffers from a mental disorder and may seem childlike.
