A traffic stop in the 500 block of N Main Street resulted in three arrests.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray 2-door passenger car at about 6:43 A.M. on February 18, 2015. When the officer made contact with the driver, 35 year old Lanson Hugh Dandron, Jr, of Paris, they smelled the distinct odor of burned marijuana emitting from the vehicle.
During the investigation, no marijuana was located but officers did allegedly find two packages of methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia.
Dandron, along with 28 year old Kimberly Gina Mounce and 27 year old Stephanie Christina Smith, all of Paris, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
