The North Lamar Pantherettes finished an amazing season under second-year coach Chris Arledge as they finished District 15-4A champions. North Lamar was honored with the MVP of the district, Defensive Player of the Year as well as coaching staff of the year.
Kylie Halstead (11) took home district MVP Honors, while Lexie Stephens (12) the Defensive Player of the year.
Madison Morrison (10) and Bailey Exum (22) were named to First Team All District.
Bill Jones (33) and Bailee Nickerson (23) were named to Second-Team All District.
Aaryn Honeywood (4) received Honorable Mention. The North Lamar coaching staff was named coaching staff of the year.
Congrats to the North Lamar Pantherettes on a phenominal season this year. These awards only go to show that the accomplishments of this team went beyond the eyes of Paris, Texas but reached out to the entire District. From The Panther Press, congratulations on a great season.
