Detectives with the Paris Police Department executed a search warrant on a residence in the 100 block of NE 14th Street on Tuesday, March 17th, 2015 and arrested three persons.
25 year old Thomas Wells was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, 65 year old Norman Coonfield (pictured right) was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug, and 34 year old Laura Lee Newby was charged with 2 counts of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance, one count of possession of a dangerous drug, and possession of marijuana.
All three were booked into the city jail.
Coonfield and Newby were later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
