At 1:56 P.M. on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, a Paris Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a small pickup in the 100 block of SW 7th Street for two of the occupants not wearing their seat belts.
The Officer reportedly observed a baggie in the passenger floorboard that contained methamphetamine.
During the investigation, it was found that a female passenger had allegedly numerous baggies concealed inside her clothing.
Arrested were 32 year old Tony Lee Lindley (pictured right)and 18 year old Teri Cheyenne Bowman, both of Paris.
Both were charged with manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance and placed in jail.
