pjc playAn all-student production featuring audience participation is offered free this weekend at Paris Junior College. Delta Psi Omega, the drama honor fraternity at PJC, will present “The Romanian Uranium Mystery,” directed by sophomore Cody Rice, DPO’s pledge master.

The audience will have the opportunity to participate by voting for their favorite suspect. “This will be a lot of fun for the whole family,” said Rice. “It gets everyone up on the floor and involved to be a part of everything we do. It’s a style I haven’t seen since I’ve been a student here. It will be fun and exciting for both the actors and the audience.”

Danbri Erwin plays a Romanian Inspector named Clueless in this melodramatic mystery. Clueless comes to New Mexico investigating the fate of two rich counts who have disappeared after arriving to pursue local investments. Clueless suspects the counts were murdered. Many suspects begin to emerge during the investigation, and Clueless thinks everyone interviewed is capable of killing.

The play will be performed at 7:30 on March 27-28, and at 2:30 p.m. on March 29 in the Ray E. Karrer Theater.

Everyone is invited to come and join this free mystery. Seating is limited and on a first come, first serve basis.
