Blake Ryan Pasquill, 20, of Paris, and an accomplice was arrested at 4:56 P.M. on Saturday, March 28, 2015 in the 3800 block of Lamar Avenue and charged with misdemeanor theft.
It was reported that both were concealing several boxes of over-the-counter medication and leaving the store with paying for them.
During the investigation, Pasquill shoved the arresting officer as the officer was attempting to remove merchandise from Pasquill’s possession.
Pasquill was charged with assault on a public servant, which is a felony.
Both were later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
