28 year old Billy Ray Hayden, and 32 year old Desiree Ann Diggs, both of Paris, were arrested at 7:51 P.M. on May 29, 2015 in the 1000 block of Sycamore Street.
Officers observed that the vehicle that Hayden was driving was parked in the middle of the street. Further investigation revealed that Hayden had outstanding traffic warrants.
An open alcoholic beverage bottle was reportedly observed inside the vehicle. Also allegedly found inside the vehicle was a small baggie containing methamphetamine.
Both were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
