This is the 7th year of Movies in the Park sponsored by the Paris Main Street organization. This year’s line up includes some great family movies and sponsorship opportunities are still available.

Movies in the Park are a City of Paris Main Street event and 2015 will be the 7th Year. The event is held in historic Bywater’s Park downtown. A large screen is set up, and favorite movies are shown just after dark on 3 Thursday nights in June, and 3 Thursday nights in July. Just prior to the movies , a power point of sponsor advertisement are shown (or video) provided by the business on the screen. Games and activities that coincide with the movies shown are provided free for children and sponsored by businesses and volunteers leading up to the movies. This free community event has become a summertime family favorite drawing crowds of up to 500 plus. Businesses and volunteers sell concessions as a fundraiser for the historic downtown projects and beautification. It would not be possible without the financial support.
$450 Single Movie sponsor- 6 available: Your business is in the spotlight for the night. A 30 second to 1 minute video that you provide of your business to be shown before the movie and/or PowerPoint made by Main Street and with 4 slides provided by business shown on large screen before every movie for the season. Your business is the spotlight for the evening with the announcements. A representative from your business may address the crowd before the movie if you desire.
$100: Concession Sponsor: 6 available:
Helps cover the cost of concessions sold during the movie as a fundraiser. Water, cokes, popcorn, candy is all sold and the proceeds are returned to downtown beautifications and projects. Your business can serve the concession stand and promotes to the crowd. Wear your company shirts; give away business cards, set up a table with your business information. (6 volunteers are needed at the concession stand) One PowerPoint slide of your business will be added to the slide that shows all season before the Movies.
$50 Kids Activities Sponsor:
Main Street will provide all the prizes or supplies for crafts for the kid’s games. Your business name will be listed on a PowerPoint slide as a game sponsor. Announcement to the crowd inviting kids to participate in craft or game will be made before at the beginning of the craft with mention of your business as a sponsor.
