Lydia Jimenez, Merilyn Campbell, and Makayla Herman, all North Lamar Key Club seniors, were each awarded a $500 scholarship from the Paris Kiwanis Club for their commitment to service in the school and community.
Each year the Kiwanis Club offers scholarships to seniors in the area Key Clubs.
Applicants complete an application demonstrating their academic success as well as their dedication to service which is verified on the application by the high school principal, counselor, and key club advisor.
