Burglary at Paris Lumber Leads to Arrest of Three

Tara AcevedoAt 2:37 A.M. on June 12, 2015, Paris Police responded to a burglary in progress in the 3700 block of Pine Mill Road.

The caller advised that they had observed two male subjects removing items, including a lawn mower, from the back side of Paris Lumber and had placed the items into a gray Dodge pick up and had left the scene.

Officers were unable to locate the vehicle or suspects at or near the scene. Officers observed that the suspects had cut a hole in the cyclone fence and also observed that the suspects had burglarized a vehicle and a building that were on the property.

At 3:00 A.M., another officer was dispatched to a vehicle that matched that description on Old Jefferson Road. The officer located this vehicle in the 600 block of SW 3rd Street. Items from Paris Lumber were located in the vehicle.

Arrested and charged with burglary of a building were a 28 year old female, Tara Raylyn Acevedo, 27 year old Trinidad Jesse Zavala, and 22 year old John Colten Dockery, all of Paris.

Acevedo was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
