Linda Rae Winter0001Linda Rae Winters, 68, of Paris, formerly of McCurtain County, OK, passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, at her home with her daughters, Trina & Trudy and grandson, Branson Tyler, at her side.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Dickey officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, 2601 Lamar Ave., Paris, TX 75460, one hour prior to the service.

Linda, the daughter of Harchel & Ellie Paulk Ginn, was born Feb. 15, 1944, in Idabel, OK.

Linda grew up in Idabel & graduated from Idabel High School in 1962.

She had a great love of music and played the piano & organ at many services in the southeast Oklahoma area. She enjoyed sewing & crocheting. Linda did abstracting with Southern Abstract Company in Idabel and Pushmataha Abstract in Antlers and for various attorneys. She was secretary for the director of the Oklahoma State Health Department with the environmental division in Oklahoma City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Cecil Ginn and her lifelong friend, Rita Vandergriff.

Survivors include her children, Tracy Stewart Bloodworth of Littleton, CO, Trudy Lynn Bloodworth of Nashville, TN and Trina Rae Winters of Paris, grandchildren, Branson Tyler Batchelor, Stephanie Lauren Bloodworth, Andrew Connor Bloodworth, Elizabeth Nicole Bloodworth, Ryan Parker Bloodworth and Sidney James Watson, a brother, Earl Erving Ginn along with numerous nieces &  nephews, Jim Ginn, Jerry Ginn, Kenny Ginn, Steve Ginn, Cheryl Higgins, Tia Hilton, Sandra Lynn Smith, Dale Ball, Jr., Jodi Burgett, Mike Ball, Ross Griffin, Lenette Cofer and Sandra Gregg along with many extended family members.

thomasPNBobbie Thomas Reaves, 59, of Paris passed away Sunday December 23, at Medical Center of Plano. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday Dec. 28, 2012 at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Father Morgan White officiating. Burial will follow in Knights of Honor Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday 7-8 p.m.

She was born September 2, 1953 in Cooper, TX a daughter of Rudolph and Martha Lucille Reed Thomas. She married James Allen Reaves, Jr. in Paris August 23, 1981. She was a Nurse for Jordan Home Health Services. She attended of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by a son Joseph Emory Reaves; parents Rudolph and Martha Lucille Thomas; siblings Roy Thomas, Carroll Dake, Sr., Lou Roberts and Kenneth Thomas.

Survivors include her husband James Allen Reaves, Jr.; sons Michael Scott, Charles Howard Thomas, Lloyd O’Dell McKinley and wife Ashley, James Allen Reaves III and wife Elizabeth; grandchildren Thomas Scott Howard, Jonathan Young, Britney Young, Felicity Reaves, Erin Grace Reaves, Emory Reaves, Ashley Wise, Lindsey Wise; brother Walter Circles, numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Lloyd McKinley, Carroll Dake, Karl Dake, Walter Circles, Dale Potter and Ricky Foster.
