Gunshots were heard by Paris Police Officers coming from the 500 block of the Tudor Street area at about 2:50 A.M. on August 23, 2015.
When officers arrived at the scene, they were informed that an 18 year old male had been shot and was being transported to the emergency room by a private vehicle.
Officers secured the area and found numerous shell casings. No one at the scene was able to give officers any details as to who was shooting. The victim was standing on a sidewalk when he was struck in the abdomen.
The victim was immediately taken to surgery and is now listed in stable condition. The investigation continues.
