The monthly “Slow Roll” bike ride started by Paris High School freshman, Sahil Prakash will be held on Monday, September 7th.
Riders will meet at the Oak Park United Methodist Church at 6:15pm for the leisurely five mile bike ride.
Sahil explains,”Slow Roll is a phenomenon that started in Detroit, Michigan. Paris is the first city of its size to host a Slow Roll. A Slow Roll is a slow and easy bike ride for the whole community.”
He continues, “People of all ages and skill levels are invited. It is a fun event for the whole family. Each month, a different 5 mile course is identified and used for the Slow Roll.”
