23 year old Ricky Wayne Tucker, 21 year old Kelsey McFadden, and 23 year old Brittany Nicole Tope, all of Paris, were arrested on September 16, 2015 on Lamar County Grand Jury indictment warrants charging them with manslaughter.
The warrants are a result from an April 2015 investigation where an 18 month old child, Trinity Compton, was found unresponsive in an apartment in the 400 block of Grand Avenue .
The child was taken Paris Regional Medical Center and found to have a narcotics in her system and was later transferred to Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. The child later passed away.
The investigators presented the investigation to the Lamar County Attorney’s office and the warrants were later issued.
Brittany Tope is the mother to the child that passed away.
