The 7th grade Patriots defeated Harmony 34-14 on Thursday night.
Jeremiah Harrison put on a show with two touchdowns on runs of 40 yrds.and 90 yrds. He also scored two touchdowns receiving passes of 47 yrds. and 41 yards. Quarterback Brylee Galloway had three touchdown passes, two to Harrison and one to Blake Ballard on a 23 yard reception.
The defense stood strong for most of the night led by Ty Mullins and Jeremiah Harrison. Mullins also had a fumble recovery. Other standouts on defense were Keden Aaron, Connor Stark, Lincoln Smith, and Ryan Butler. Lane Cornmesser got a quarterback sack.
The 8th grade suffered a 28-0 loss. Ryan Dougherty again had a great night running the ball. Quarterback Connor Sessums connected with Ty Richters and Corbin Strain for some passing yards. Richters and Strain also led the defense in tackles. Pablo Peralta had a good night kicking and punting the ball.
The patriots will play Detroit at home next Thursday.
