Paris Police arrested 47 year old Jenna Mae Flowers at her residence at 10:16 P.M. on Friday, October 23, 2015.
Flowers was found to have an outstanding warrant charging her with manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance.
Flowers was later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
