58 year old Douglas Kent Sneed, of Paris, was arrested in the 1700 block of N Main Street at 8:58 A.M. on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Paris Police Officers observed Sneed driving his Dodge pick-up in the 1400 block of N Main Street and that the vehicle reportedly had a defective tail light.
Sneed was allegedly found to be intoxicated. His history showed that Sneed had at least three prior convictions for driving while intoxicated.
Sneed was later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
