The Board of the Paris Economic Development Corporation (PEDC) will hold a Special Called Meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 3:45pm.
The meeting is open to the public and will be held in the Community Room at the Depot located at 1125 Bonham Street.
After the meeting is called to order and open to a “Citizens’ Input” forum, the board will convene into Executive Session to 1)deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee. The Board will also discuss the purchase, lease or value of real property.
The board will then reconvene into Open Session to possibly take action on item(s) discussed during closed. After a discussion on future agenda items, the board meeting will be adjourned.
