Under the direction of Randy Jones, Jason R. Smith and Roderick Boyce, 66 North Lamar High School band members were named to the All-Region Band. Students competed at North Lamar on December 11.
These honor band members will attend a clinic on January 22 led by Dr. Eric Wilson, Director of Bands at Baylor University, and Ross Grant, retired band director from Community High School.
They will then perform a concert with others on January 23 at 3:00 p.m. in Mt. Pleasant High School.
