Cassidy Lynn Lahman, 30, and Jonathan Wayne Adkinson, 26, both of Paris, were arrested at about 12:00 P.M. on September 4, 2014 in the 500 block of Bonham St.
An off duty police officer was in the area and observed what he believed to be subjects involved in narcotic activity.
Paris Police Officers then arrived on the scene and made contact with Lahman and Adkinson.
Officers reported that both were found to be in possession of methamphetamine. It was also found that both had outstanding warrants.
