PEDC Board Member
The Board of the Paris Economic Development Corporation will hold their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014 at 4pm.
A possible addition to the PEDC policy manual for a non-solicitation clause for PEDC personnel is on the agenda, to be presented by board member, Rebecca Clifford.
The board will also discuss invoice (s) for legal services from attorney Jeff Moore as well as an invoice from June 2014 from Defenbaugh & Associates in the amount of $6,882.50.
The Interim Director’s possible travel to attend the PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) Workshop and an upcoming Sales Tax Worskhop and conference will also be deliberated.
Other items on the agenda include a report from the Interim Executive Director on Industry Appreciation Week in October; the possibility of an auto-draft payment for monthly vision plan premiums through ACCE Benefits Trust; and discussion and possible action on Budget Amendments for FY 2013-14.
The PEDC will convene into closed Executive Session.
The meeting on Tuesday will be held in the community room at the Depot, located at 1125 Bonham Street and is open to the public.
