Paris Police arrested 24 year old Raphael Shanchez Tennon at about 7:36 P.M. yesterday, September 24, 2014 at an apartment in George Wright Homes.
Paris Police Officers received an anonymous Crime Stoppers TIP advising the location of Tennon.
Officers had learned that Tennon had an outstanding felony warrant charging him with the manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance.
Tennon was located hiding under a bed inside the apartment. Tennon was also charged with criminal trespassing due to having been warned to stay off of the Paris Housing Authority property in May.
Tennon was transported to the Police Department and booked without further incident.
