A welcome reception for North Lamar Superintendent John McCullough will be held Thursday, October 2 from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. in the NL High School library.
“Mr. McCullough hit the floor running, so we thought our open week would be a great time to officially welcome him to North Lamar,” said North Lamar’s Public Relations Officer Carla Coleman. “Now that he has a couple months under his belt, we invite parents, students, and the community to join the North Lamar Board of Trustees and District in formally welcoming him and his wife, Christie.”
McCullough began as the district’s new superintendent on July 28.
In an introduction to North Lamar, he said, “During my first year as North Lamar Superintendent, I plan to assess where we are as a district and then establish a vision of what we need to do to help ALL of our students find their passion and succeed.”
All are invited to stop by and formally welcome McCullough to North Lamar ISD and the Paris area.
