Kimberly Bridgers, 41, of Paris, was arrested on a probation revocation warrant at the probation office.

Keith Burns, 35, of Paris, was arrested and charged with Class A Assault after officers responded to a disturbance call on 13th NW. Burns is alleged to have used his knee to strike the victim in the head repeatedly.

What started as a hit and run traffic crash ended with an arrest, Hundley said, when misdemeanor charges of DWI and possession of a dangerous drug were filed against Janine M. Snyder, 21, of Paris. Officers received a report of a possible DWI vehicle in the 1100 block of Tudor. While responding, dispatch told the officers that the vehicle had reportedly struck a utility pole in the 2700 block of Lamar, leaving the scene.

Officers found the vehicle at a residence in the 1100 block of Tudor street. The officers were pulling in behind the vehicle as the suspect was exiting the vehicle. No one was injured in the crash.
