Crime Stoppers’ Oct. 12-18 ‘Crime of the Week’ — Burglary
Sometime between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on September 30, unknown suspects entered a residence in the 1200 block of FM 3298 and stole approximately 21 firearms, scopes and knives.
The missing firearms include:
- 1911 Smith and Wesson 45 ACP
- M1 Garand rifle
- Rockola M1 Carbine rifle
- Inland M1 Carbine rifle
- Browning X Bolt .243 rifle
- Browning X Bolt 7mm-08 rifle
- H&R Handi .223 rifle
- Howa Krypter .223 rifle
- Marlin 45-70 Guide Gun
- Mossberg MVP .308 rifle
- Olympic Arms AR-15
- Remington Model 7 .243 rifle with synthetic stock
- Remington 700LSS 25-06 rifle
- Remington Model 7 stainless rifle
- Remington Speedmaster .22 rifle
- Rossi .243 rifle
- Ruger Hawkeye.7mm-08 rifle
- Savage Axis .22-250 rifle
- Remington Wingmaster pump .410ga. shotgun
- Remington 879 Wingmaster 20ga. shotgun
- Remington Mossy Oak 20ga. shotgun
The knives that were taken were in a Case Toothpick Collectors display case. The estimated loss of this theft is in excess of $18,000. If you know who took these weapons or have seen or heard of who may be attempting to sell these weapons, you are urged to contact Crime Stoppers with this information.
