24 year old Danielle Riggs, of Paris, was arrested in the 200 block of SE 16th Street at 12:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 on a warrant charging her with abandoning or endangering a child.
The warrant stemmed from an investigation from May of 2014 where a CPS case worker removed two small children from the home and both children tested positive for methamphetamine.
The investigation revealed that Riggs had been allegedly using methamphetamine while the children were present.
Riggs was later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
