27 year old Brittany Brunae Davis, of Paris, was arrested at 7:28 A.M. on Sunday, February 15th, 2015 when officers were summoned to the 1300 block of W Shiloh Street on reference to a theft.
Officers were advised by a cab driver that he had driven a black female to this address and the female had refused to pay the fare.
Officers located Davis passed out inside the residence and in plain view allegedly observed a small baggie containing synthetic marijuana on a table in the living room.
Davis was charged with theft and possession of a controlled substance.
