BAILEE ELIZABETH SIMS 19, of Paris, died at 12:53 AM, Sunday, April 13, 2014.  Funeral services are set for 10:30 AM, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at East Paris Baptist Church with Rev. Donnie Edwards and Bro. John Wisener officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:00 PM Tuesday evening at the funeral home.  Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.

Bailee was born November 27, 1994 in Paris to Kourtney Lynn McClellan and Matthew Lee Sims.  She graduated from Paris High School where she played soccer and was a varsity cheerleader.  She was attending Paris Junior College at the time of her death.  Bailee was a member of East Paris Baptist Church and volunteered in the 3 year old department.  She was employed at Burgerland.

Bailee was known for her caring heart and giving spirit.  She was a true friend to all that knew her and would do anything to help those in need.  Her smile would brighten a room and she was a true joy to her family and friends.

She is survived by her maternal grandparents who loved and raised her since she was 18 months old, Pamela and Thomas McClellan; her mother, Kourtney McClellan; her father, Matthew Sims; her paternal grandparents,  Annie Lois and Mike Sims; siblings, Olivia Reader, Jacobe Reader, and Christian Sims; great-grandfather, Vernon Sims; two great-grandmothers, Mary Tucker and Wilma McClellan; Uncle “Bubba”, John McClellan and wife, Nikki and their three children, EmaLee, Easton, and Erin of Forney; two aunts, Laurie Geer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Marcia Woods of Roxton; and special family members, Brooke and Brent Jackson and their daughters, Kendall and Presley along with a host of other extended family.  She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Christene Sims, who was her best friend and loudest cheerleader.  She helped to raise Bailee to be the wonderful young woman she became and would do anything in the world for her Bailee Beth.  She was also preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Jeanette Wisener; and her great-grandfathers, Neil Wisener, Arthur Tucker, and Dayton McClellan.

Pallbearers will be Easton White, Jeremy Armstrong, Josh Armstrong, Matthew Sims, Thomas Wallace Jr., and Thomas Woods.
