Paris Policed arrested 32 year old Ivan Ebbs at about 7:53 P.M. on Friday, September 12, 2014 after officers responded to a call of a possible burglary of a residence in progress in the 100 block of SW 7th St.
The caller advised dispatch that an unknown male had entered her apartment and she had barricaded herself in another room of the house.
When officers arrived, they found Ebbs in the residence. Ebbs was intoxicated and advised officers that this was his mother’s house.
Ebbs was charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication with three priors. Ebbs was later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
