28 year old Stephen Matthew Norman of Paris was arrested at about 12:52 A.M. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 and charged with leaving the scene of an accident that involved injuries and disorderly conduct.
Norman’s vehicle was observed a few minutes after the reported accident entering a parking lot in the 3800 block of Lamar Ave.
Norman was observed as the driver of the vehicle and officers determined that his vehicle was the vehicle that had left the scene of the accident.
Norman was later transferred to the Lamar County Jail. The driver of the other vehicle later sought medical treatment.
