The Crime Stoppers Crime of the Week for September 21st through September 29th, 2014 is an open investigation into a burglary that happened back in August.
On August 14, 2014, Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a burglary of a building on CR 43351 where it was reported that someone had entered a shop building behind the residence and had taken numerous tools including a Ryobi portable table saw, three Porter-Cable nail guns, an 18″ Echo chainsaw, and a wooden tool box that contained miscellaneous measuring tools. The loss was estimated to be over $1,700.
