Marvin Murel Wilson, 80, of ArthurCity passed away Sunday February 17, 2013 at his home. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral home. No services are planned at this time.
He was born in New Boston a son of Murel and Gladys Boren Wilson. He was married to Margaret Norfleet for 24 years. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Methodist church.
Survivors include his wife Margaret; son Robert Wilson and wife Pam; daughter Patti Jenning and husband Larry; step-children Stanley Johnson of Lake Creek, Jeffrey Johnson of Seattle, WA, Diane Meuller of Celeste, TX, Sherry Fangio of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren Charlene Dickinson and husband Rudy, Hollie Nelson and husband William, Todd Rackler and wife Amy and Ashley Wilson; great grandchildren Kalen and Ricky Rackler, Sean Dickison; brother Bobby Wilson; sister Marige Jones and several nieces and nephews.
