The Paris Economic Development Corporation has called a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 1:30pm.
The only item on the agenda is to convene into Executive Session. The agenda reads that the Board will go into closed session to discuss and deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Section 551.072 of the TX Government Code. And to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospects or to deliberate the ofer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect pursuant to Section 551.087 of the TX Government Code.
The PEDC Board will reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on the item(s) discussed during the closed, Executive Session.
The meeting will be held in the Community Room at the Depot, located at 1125 Bonham Street.
