Betty Anne Hansen 91, of McKinney, died Thursday, May 8, 2014 at McKinney Healthcare. Graveside services are set for 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00-5:00 PM, Friday, May 9, 2014 at the funeral home. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
She was born March 22, 1923 in Paris, the daughter of Charles LaRue and Anne Kathryn Hearn Brazile. She worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and Varo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Howard Brazile of Paris, Jack Brazile of Paris, and Pete Brazile of Fort Worth; and her sister, Francis Bevil. Survivors include her son, Michael Hansen and wife Barbara of Princeton; grandchildren, Scott Hansen and wife JoElda of Gun Barrel City, Lane Montgomery and husband Michael of Plano, Andrew Akerhielm and wife Turrisa of Bedford, Loc Holman and wife Lindsay of Dallas, and Brett Kyle and wife Marsha of Princeton; and great-grandchildren, Whitney Hansen of Prosper, Logan and Caleb Montgomery of Plano, Marissa Akerhielm of Bedford, and Morgen and Chad Kyle of Princeton.
