On Saturday, September 6th Paris Police Officers arrested two people, both of Paris, in connection of a burglary of a church reported back on August 18th.
Sue Gardner, 40, was charged with tamper/fabricate physical evidence; fail to maintain; violate promise to; and Adam Gardner, 18, was charged with two counts of burglary of a building.
Officers were also called to a disturbance at a convenience store in the 600 block of Bonham Street on Friday.
As officers were still on the way, they received an update that the disturbance has escalated to a robbery.
Arrested was Titus Wiley, 41 of Paris for aggravated robbery.
A disturbance over a package of cigarettes escalated to an aggravated robbery when the suspect allegedly told the store clerk to hang up the phone as he was trying to call police.

Wiley smashed a knife display, grabbing one of the knives, opening it and pointing it at the clerk. As officers arrived at the store, the suspect fled on foot. After a foot chase, the suspect was placed into custody.
